Just been reading this website recently, and I think it has some good articles and reviews, especially about cruisers.

It's a women's bike rider site, but plenty of guys contribute to the reviews and articles, so is obviously suitable generally for both men and women. However it is designed by women and for women.

Yes .... you can join up to their news letter. They usually have general interesting stuff.
