The bike's got no leak! So the first post is updated. Allow me, it's only 28 kms ride (incl back. so 14kms one way)

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

    Great ride

Thanks for everyone who'd turned up. It was a great ride. Pity we couldn't see the "Big Hole". Maybe next time Toto can take you guys there.

Thanks to Toto who helped me wash the bike & lube the chain before my big delivery, also thanks for the coffee and the twisted french bread. You've been a great friend of mine. Come down to chch and let me get the bitch seat!

Thanks to Maverick for joining this small ride. It was an honor to have you, the honor was all mine (even you had some trouble with your back). Thanks for your comments, I hope to keep it that way and not get cocky
If there are 3 legends on KB, thats GIJOE1313, Maverick and McJim.

Thanks to Musicman for also comming to the ride. Sorry about the gravelish new seal road, hope your Italian isn't scratched. I hope you liked my departing gift What goes on the ride, stays on the ride.

Thanks to Rie for comming out. You got my FB message so won't say much. It was great to have you in my last ride.

Thanks to the other guy we met randomly. Sorry if the ride was abit slow for ya haha

Now I really feel that I am leaving. Tonight's sleep will be a hard one...

I will miss the riding with you guys.
I will miss having lunch with you guys.
I will miss taking photos for you guys.
I will miss meeting you guys.
    I will miss motorcycling.
    I will miss Auckland.
    I will miss.... you all...
    I will miss... all....

Till then, take care. Wait for me. Be watching the southern horizon, who knows when I will be riding back up on a new bike.

You all, thanks for being a part of my history.

Ah the intrepid few rode with you,
    Cruising those lanes around -
Riding, what else is there to do?
    Places lost and found,
    Memories created, friendships sealed
    Long lasting experiences kept real.

    The good and the bad,
Right now you feel a little sad -
Remember the highs and the lows
and take them when you go

For riding is riding, follow those roads
and remove from shoulders, your heavy load
    Always take that freedom away
For you shall remember it each and every day.

Remember, as one door closes, many more open!
    Keep passing the open windows!

Sorry I couldn't make it today, too many competing things to do in real life!

Hey no problem, at least it was just the inside of the front fender getting scratched and I didn't have fairings to worry about! (I could hear the *tick tick tick* as the stones stuck on the wheel went round and round... argh) It seems to throw stones everywhere though, my Zeal never did that... maybe it's the tread on my front tyre...

Take care in Christchurch! See you in a few years on your new bike
