    Xs 650 owners

    Hi am looking for other XS 650 owners to get together,swap ideas,yarns etc hook up for rides,cheers Gary.

    Hey Gary... I've owned three of them a few years ago (TX650, TX650A and XS650D), I wouldn't mind catching up to renew my acquaintance with the XS650 series.
    I'd love to get hold of either an XS650E or F as a restoration project.
    As far as I'm aware there were VERY few E models (1978) that came in to NZ

    I sold my XS1 a few years ago after 15 years of good fun.I have an engine that's part of a project that will be years in the making.I'm looking for a donor bike to make it a bit easier,but unfortunatly other people have now discovered the charms of the XS650,and prices have skyrocketed.....you can't take home a beat up runner for $150 anymore.

    have you looked at the 650rider.com site, it's all about the might xs650, there are also a number Kiwi's on there, including a few in wellington etc. also the aus has a 650 site, check out mikes xs and follow the links. otherwise...come to Auckland, there are a number of us XS650 riders up here, if you log into 650rider.com, check out the first section and look at the "hi from NZ" message, a few kiwis have responded as well as all the yanks.Craig
