Valuation?? Can anyone help me

After the recent earthquake etc I've been taking a serious look at my insurances. Some would say don't bother, but for me my classic CB350 with Dunstall kit not only has sentimental value but now has some $$ value if anything happens to it.
Problem is I really don't know what to insure it for.
