Remove all fairings, strip engine from frame and steam clean frame and engine. . Remove front discs. Send to F1 Engineering for repair. Discus sand Liase with F1. Discs unable to be repaired.economically. Strip engine completely.removing head, cams shafts, barrels. Strip and separate engine cases. Assess mechanical damage. Discuss options with client. Order parts as required. Install all new parts. Reassemble engine. Remove and repair clutch actuator. Fit replacement front brake discs. Remove front wheel. Fit discs. Refit wheel. Road test. Fit new engine oil and filter. Test run. Road test. Run engine thrugh heat cycles. Re torque engine bolts. Road test. 2133
