Update - I left bike out in the sun and most of the stickers peeled off really easily. The only difficult one was on the tank, and once I'd broken a couple of fingernails scraping the bloody thing off I was left with sticky residue. A quick wipe with a spot of kerosene on a damp cloth and it was all gone. Then a wash and polish and bike looks even more fabulous than it did before! :love2:

Good, glad you didn’t listen to the harbingers of doom. Yeah I peel off the silly stickers (hairdryer style). Sure don’t see them on new bikes at shows in the magazines, they just look goofy. I blame the Americans for this & other things like “Contents of this pie are hot” Well Duh!

Been said before, that DeSolveIt citris stuff is awesome to remove the residue, where solvent moves it around this stuff gets it off the metal/plastic. Doesn’t seem to have any other practical use though. Buy some for helping take the price labels off your CDs.
Don't you look at my accountant.

There are soo many warning stickers cause most people who ride Suzuki's dont go fast enough to need to look at the road!
So they are there so you dont get bored!

NOW IF YOU BOUGHT A YAMAHA OR DUCATI.....

    Is that a challenge?????????????
And yes we all know I was going to buy a Ducati but just couldn't afford one this year. Oh, and hang on a sec, didn't you ask me if you could take the SV for a test ride????? And I have no regrets about buying the SV - I'm having sooooooo much fun on him!

Riff Raff only has Sven (the SV) to have fun on - Bella moved to Wellington, and I didn't have the sort of fun on her that I have on Sven - that would have been wrong!!!
