Making some progress on my Katana

Got the motor in the old girl today, shes starting to look like a bike again.

Still a lot left to do, but shes getting there

Comments? can't decide on a tank/sidecovers/front mudguard colour.

    OMG!!! KIIIIILLLLL EEEETTT!!!!!

still cant decide if that headlight is hot or out of place eh... At least she is coming together though!
I reckon the original matte silver went well on the tank eh, not too stand-out, and suited nicely

Nah got to carry the other half around etc so twin seat has to stay...

Clips ons are too low, the bike has a really long tank the distance from seat to bars is really long clips ons just wern't viable...

Had to mount bar risers to the rgv clamp to get those on. and even then its still a fair reach.

I hope you are going to go with another can.
That one will be way too loud for the road.
If you leave it on it will be a magnet.
Remember, I could hear you coming up the valley long before you came into sight. and the other locals always commented on how loud it was.

That looks quite cool Mark. The red frame def sets it off

As for the headlight, makes it look more modern from those shots, I like it.
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

Yeah i'm really happy with the red frame it suits really well.

Yeah that headlight definately changes her. I might go that one for now, but go for a more fancy aftermarket one later along the same styling.
