Well for all those Gremlin groupies, an update of this enigma wrapped in a mystery. Spotted in Pt Chevalier one day, on his usual rounds of pillaging, pirating and pyromania projects!

I give you .. Pirate Gremlin! Arrrr! Nothing like a good fire to warm the cockles of one's heart bucko me lad!

Well last night, Zapf and I were mercilessly cutting his ideas and general ownership of his poor suffering Katie (the katoom of doom). The amount of money he has spent ... on just fixing the poor thing staggers the imagination!

The sum costs and operating expenses and other gadgets of ALL my bikes, is less than what he has ploughed into his beloved KTM!

Admittidely, Gremlin is unique in the way he rides and the amount of stress and strain he inflicts on his motorcycle. It is not a matter of IF things break, but WHEN they will!

Gremlin by name, gremlin by nature!

On the other hand, it has been an entertaining look at how extreme a rider will go for their ride!

Today Wichard from Botany Honda informed me that a certain miscreant was trying to tamper with the collection of a new CB1000R Predator today!

It transpires a certain Gremlin was saying things to the effect of :

"there's something wrong with it.."
"can't be picked up until next week..."
"can only be ridden in daylight on a clear, non cloudy day..."

I guess that a lonely, misunderstood little biker boy resides under all that leather and cordura ... may gremlin fine peace with himself and discover how to live a life of serenity!
