    Locally sourced exhaust replacements

    Stumbled upon this local manufacturer while surfing, http://www.musket.co.nz

    They make a replacement muffler section for the XLV750, and replacement muffler and Y sections individually for the R80GS/R100GS.

    No prices listed.

    The pic for the XLV muffler doesn't make it look pretty but if you need one it's good to know. The BMW muffler looks close to the early ones & the Y section looks good.

    Custom chambers used to make XLV750 ones,as they had to do them when the original ones rotted out.They were closer to the original than the Musket ones.Mine were Custom chambers mufflers,and were rotted out of course - they weren't very interested in making new ones for me.So I made my own.

    On my second set of custom chambers first set fell apart,replacment set are just as ruff as first . One pipe did not fit.I had to make a bracket up myself.
