Fark I wish I could go to this. But with the XR200 and the DR350 still out of action I don't relish riding through it on my sons XR100. Cheese and MXHeman, you don't know how fortunate you are, you got bikes in working order and you don't ride 'em!!! It's criminal!

Hey oldfart ...sell them both and buy one that goes..simple
i'll start the bid with... $5 for the XR..... and $7 plus a crunchie bar for the DR..but now if you were to advertise that world famous cat poo brush well that alone must be worth the price of a new 450 its priceless...lol.lol

haha very funny lazyracer. Hopefully the XR will be faster, stronger, better than it was before... no wait up thats the bionical man, well anyway back on track by early March. And the DR, well I dunno about that yet. But I don't wanna 450, I'd be happy enough with a little 125 ring dinger to throw around.

Between when you picked up that 50 and now I just haven't been able to find the time to sort it. I got a new plug for it and got it started (with a lot of CRC sprayed down the airbox) , it takes a '94 model plug not a '93 which I thought it was. Lots of bangs backfires and hissy fits and it wouldn't rev out, just sorta a rough fast idle. Ran like that for a while, mechanically the motor sounded alright then a bit of a clang and then lots of continuous loud rattles from the head. Don't know whether it's the camchain or a valve making the noise. I figure it needs that looking at and a carby reco before I can ride it. Yeah so that's where that stands at ze moment. I don't have a manual or the know how on this engine to look at it flying solo. Little John said he'd have a look at it after he's fixed me XR lol fngers crossed it isn't too major

or spend the same amount and go to kimmys?

I looked at that but theres a bit of mud on the rear tyre, enuff tah take off 5 hundy. Then the chain looks a bit tight on it so all the work that needs to go into loosening that off a bit should take off another 100! Then if theres a slow payment scheme that doesn't dent my weekly booze allowance too much...well... I'd be in!!
