    How fast on 1st gear?

Read through the gearing thread and came an idea. Well we all know that 14Rs and 1300Rs can do around 160-70kph on first gear right? How about other bikes??

Alright I'll start. My FXR can do around 28kph (Indicated) on the first gear before blowing up.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

    About 120km/hr for an RF900R.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Is it just me and a false sense of deja vu or has EJ already asked this question in another thread??

He just has an unnatural obsession with first gear?

180km/h in first, 260km/h in second, 310km/h in third but have to hold back because front wheel starts to lift off the ground.

Hmmm. This is stuff close my heart.

What's the best you can wring out of your Yami in top?

Like yours, mine gets to about 108 at about 11k.

Do you know anyone who might have a 49/50 tooth rear for a YZF?

Does anyone know nyone who has one?

Does anyone know if a 750 rear will fit straight onto a 600?

If yes, (they are compatible) does anyone know anyone who might, or has, said 49/50 tooth sprocket?

Can't say I've ever done it, but I know it pulls 5000rpm at 50kph, so I'd say 100kph flat out!
