Motorcycle TV Show? Here it is ... and Kiwi-powered too

I saw this topic kicking off so thought we'd better pop our heads up. This is our Kiwi-powered show about bikes (ignore the Aussie joker behind the lens).

If someone wants to put us on NZ telly we're up for it! Lots more episodes at the Garage Night site - and more to come ...

    Cheers Kiwi Bikers!

    Angle grinder, eh?
Looks easier but less entertaining than the high-tech tool I last attempted to use to remove a chain link...
I'm not sure if having a camera crew on hand would've been a good idea.
Probably would've never lived it down...
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

That was awesome. I will check out your site. I wish I could help with getting you on tv but I can't.
I like the relaxed way the info was delivered. Top stuff.

Can I embed the movies on the Kiwi Rider Web site?

Cheers for the positive feedback everyone. Big Dave has given us a featured spot over at Kiwi Rider so go and check it out.

Will be keen to hear how that other bloke's plan for a Kiwi motorcycle TV show shapes up too. Now, time to crack on with editing our next episode: something's dodgy with Pete's rear wheel bearings on his Africa Twin ...

Oh and if you're interested in part two of the chain and sprockets vid it's here.

So whats the actual line up? The people in it are kiwis, or you Waz are a kiwi and do the editing etc and you are in UK?

Will be linking to your show on the CKMC website.

Really informative. I especially liked Ep 9: New spokes on an old wheel, I'd like to give that a go myself.

Thanks for the link. We're three Kiwis and one Australian. We're all living in the UK for the moment, where we make the show, but between us we have ridden bikes all over the world including overland London to NZ, Singapore, India etc. We met up through motorbikes and our travels on them.

I do most of the camera/editing and web work but occasionally do get in front of the camera. Trent is a former motorbike mechanic so he's our fount of knowledge in that department and when one of us can't fix something it usually gets sent to him for a thorough "Trenting"!

I have a similar show with my missus about cooking; it's here.

    Smile How cool is that!!!!

    You guys deserve a medal!

I thought I knew most of the stuff. But I learnt something (never knew about X rings in chains!).

I also watched the wheel spoking thingy. Well done. I build custom wheels where I make the spokes from scratch, drill rims etc. I'm glad you guys did not give away all the secrets!

    Top marks!!!

May the bridges I burn light the way.
