Really it's simple. You ain't there mum and they're older than 6. And the law says you can't slap 'em.

Personally i don't see the big deal people make their own decisions and it's their life.

You could always slap riders that go too fast, don't ride up to spec in your opinion or.... and the list goes on.

I may not agree that what they did was smart but it's their call.

I wince when I see riders out in shorts and t-shirt, but then I'm one of those killjoy ATGATT-type people. However, if a rider is wearing whatever then that's their decision, it's the riders wearing $1000+ leathers with a pillion wearing a tracksuit that really makes me , like the pillion isn't important!

I learnt what the road was like when I was sliding down it, and Im thankful I had the gear. If I didnt, I'd say my right side would be a bit of a mess.

Are scooters more dangerous than bikes for not keeping up with the flow of traffic? Smaller wheels which means pot holes feel alot larger than they appear, tighter turning etc....

I was waiting at a crossing on Queen St at 1830 to which I saw a lovely cruiser (looked like a Harley of sky metallic blue) ride past and pull up just after the lights....

Thats all good till I saw the pillion.....nothing but a summer light dress and a helmet. Now I REALLY wanted to walk up to her and slap her with my hand bag. Stupid #$%# it only takes a second to loose flesh on the road. She wasn't even hot!

A few months back, a whole heap of Harleys went up/down Queen st... and nobody bitched then. They do have good hospitals in Auckland don't they...??? If she wasn't hot who cares...
