Are you kidding? A girl who rides is automagically 20x more attractive than one who doesn't, regardless of the bike

God I'd hate for this thread to die - it's got to be some of Dean's best work

How the hell did I miss this. Katman and youngbikerdean16. It's a double feature.

ive used my bike to gain traction with the "kids" at work. they range in age from 16 to 30 and older and are mostly high school drop outs with no interest in learning. to do courses, learning about farming, carpentry and automotive.

when my folks went on holiday, i took over mums side of the job and would ride in wearing shorts now and then. the rumor then started that i had tats all over my legs [ive got one palm sized one visible, and one little one covered].
it was quickly followed by the idea that my bike is a harley. dunno where that came from, cos the bike was parked right up against the building, so they could easily have got a closer look and read the rego card.
i had it in last week for some basic mechanical checks cos i dont have time to do it myself, and the comments i heard from the workshop were along the lines of "coolest bike ever" and whatnot. lol. most of the guys there do have bikes, but the are all POS.
currently they are working on a trailie with major issues... they can kick for ages and it still wont start. they offered to swap their trailie for my virago.
they were also really interested in the bikoi, partly due to their tutor also attending.

my bike may only be a 250, but she sure gets attention!

the really happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery when on a detour.
