Oakie can only guess. But clearly that does not have any impact on your look at things.

I do have some inside information to answer your burning question: Yes, the new boss was really pleased he employed her. She was a good worker who did really well when provided with instructions, instead of being thrown in the deep end to handle stuff that he should have employed someone qualified to tackle.

Good idea. Start your own thread trying to recruit. Why not try the scooter threads?

I've regularly dropped the kids at school with the same results.

You can wear a sleeveless fluro vest over your leathers and lead the gang on a 100kph rampage down SH1.

I don't think riding a 250 is working when it comes to pulling so far.

Either that or my two-sizes-too-big textiles make me look like a herbert

In fairness I use acting like a dickhead gorilla to get dates, to get the best parking spots, to get to the front of the bar faster, to get served first, to be shouted by one and all.

If you got it - use it

On the other hand whining like a little girl might work too. Keep trying and let us know how that works for you.

You use your identity as a motorcyclist to achieve all that?

Not much. Gotten a few hugs from giving a few ladies a quick stroll around the carpark or up and down their driveway. One of my good lady friends will not hop on until I have a bigger and even louder bike, go figure
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

Especially loved the post about solving the bullying problems for your young lad. Bling given.
What you have in your heart will be revealed through what you have in your life.

If things are going badly in our circumstances, the answer to what is happening to us outwardly is more often than not found in the mirror.
