Ahhh, at last a real cry for help. It's the most important step and I'm soooo pleased you have come to terms and requested some learning.

Lesson 1. It does seem you have trouble understanding the difference between the words crotch and clutch. I think your clutch lever is getting very lonely, and upset at all the attention your giving your crotch. Exercise: Ride your bike with both hands on the handle bars next time.

Tomorrows lesson: Hero knobs, and their correct usage.
