    MR Motorcycles Wairamarama

    So
    who's going to this one?

I'm definitely going, looks like the weather will be mint, probably dusty
I went last year and it was quite good, steep in some places, so second lap will be better, less traffic
Is more open than the last mr ride from what I can remember, this ride was the final ride last year and one part got bogged up really bad right before a gnarly hill climb, but shouldn't be a problem this time around
we may just go where no ones been

Thats this Sunday 1st of Feb to those who want to know!

Yeh I might have a go!!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

I'm keen to do this ride. Did it last year unless I've mixed up rides along the way.

Might be riding by myself depending if my brother is interested or not.

trying some new idea's with maps after the commets for Paparimu

here is a wises map link with the location,

    http://www.wises.co.nz/l/Waikato/Wai...ewhero%20Road/

    basic directions,

Take the Pokeno Exit off the motorway, from Pokeno township turn right on to Whangarata Rd, (left if coming from south)
At the End of Whangarata Road turn left onto SH22,
After the Tuakau Bridge (over Waikato River) take the second right onto Onewhero-Tuakau Bridge Road follow this road though Onewhero and to the venue, this road turns into Onewhero Wairamarama Rd, it is approx 25 minutes up this road.

the actual address is approx 1400 Wairamarama Onewhero Road (hall does not have a number that i know)

    hope this helps

We are probably leaving Howick at about 8ish if your on your own Krad.

I'll probably put the new Kiwibiker flag up on the ute there as well. If I can find a stick for it!

track is 35km long, some the same as last year but 2 new farms in and some new trails used, much bigger and improved kids track, should be an awesome day, hopefully the rain will stay away,

    hope to see you there,

    Scott

Hey scott is the trail ok for a learner (my Daughter) on her 150f. And if its not is the kids track big enough to entertain her for an afternoon?

Probably going with A&R and his kids so she'll have other female company of her own age.

Decided not to push the learning curve for her after talking to A&R. So she's staying home. But we will be parking up with A&R and his family so come over Climitie. Grey mazda proceed, Blue Gazebo and the KB flag isn't that big but it should mark the spot OK.

    Same to all here!

    CYA there!!
