It's time for my 8 year old to move on from his PW80. He's right into jumping and the whole motox scene. Any real difference between KTM 65, KX65 and RM65's? Budgets around $2500~2800. What do you guys recommend? Thanks

we have been lookin also at the variables and we will prob look at the kx.
i have read that the ktm65 can be bored out .
but prob better off just going to a bigger bike.
and for the extra money of the ktm i dont really know if it is worth it.
i think once they turn 12 yr old they have to race an 80 .
I thought the RM65 was a re-badged KX65 as part of the deal that was done a few years back so either or if it is the case. The KTM just seems to be way to much and priced to match. With the KX you won't go wrong.
those polini 65cc bikes go well so do those LEM ones.....i guess their just for hardcore racing though......a kx65 is a good bike....![]()
chuck norris's calender goes from march 31st to april 2nd
No one fools chuck norris.......
I got a KX65 which I will be selling when i get my A into G.
It was my grandson bike, this year I was moving him up to the KX85 but that all fell through, because my son in-law and daughter decided they wanted to try their luck across the ditch in Oz, that was ok, but they didn't have to take my boy thou.![]()
I'm losing interest in riding, he was my motivation
As for KTM the bike is more adjustable suspension wise, thats all i know plus they cost alot more, The RM and KX are the same bike just different colour.
PM me if your interested,
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.
