The missus bought a new cbr125r last week, CASBOLTS HONDA lost more customers as once again their service was a bit slack and wanted to charge $150 more for onroad costs and $130 more for the bike compared with HAMPTON HONDA in hornby who had much friendlier and helpful service. (Especially Joseph who was very supportive of my nervous missus getting on her first bike). I mainly wanted to say how good the wee CBR is, even though its much slower than my old CBR250 in a strait line, it is so easy to ride and handles like its on rails, in the real twistie stuff or round town its a blast!! Still sits on the open road at 110kmh and will hit 130kmh to overtake no worries which is all the missus needs. The fuel injetion makes it easy for her to start cum those cold winter mornings, and my god this bike actually could run "on the smell of an oily rag". I got close to 400kms on the first 10litre tank of petrol!!! What she saves on bus money now will have the bike paid for itself in no time. Anyone wanting a superfun, superbike looking, super economical commuter toy should buy one. And being a honda you know it wont break for atleast two decades...
