    The Arrow race exhaust gives a good performance boost I believe.

    I've got an Akrapovic can on the R1 - not a full system mind you - and to be honest I think it sounds a bit muted. Not sure if it's the R1's exhaust with the Exup valve or the can that does it though, just doesn't have the same growl that a lot of other bikes seem to

    Good info guys, ive so been wondering the same thing. Its such a sexy beast of a toy but to my ears the factory pipe sounds kinda lame, till you are pulling some revs. I know someone who had their 675 pipe done at thunderbike in nelson, but dunno wether its their own make or a bought in product. That one has quite a nice howl.

    A mate of mine has the Leo Vince pipe on his and sounds great.
