Lost it on a sharp corner when the bike hit some of north Auckland's finest asphalt. Should have been able to save it but turns out my suspension is softer than MentalFacility so instead of a wobble it became a tank slapper which became me on the ground with the bike on my chest.

My shoulders hurt from pushing the bike off myself, lots of bruises in tender areas, I can't lift my arms higher than a dinosaur but I'm mostly OK. The bike is better after TheStranger fixed the forks for me (cheers for the help mate, you the man) but the fairing is utterly bollocked.

No riding for me this weekend, other than to the garage for an estimate on the fairing...

Fool! So it's just the pack and not the rack with which the pack sits on?

Hopefully it'll turn up.. it's fairly unique.

It's.. black.. looks like a pack that you'd stick on the back of a motorcycle, oh, and it's no longer attatched to the motorcycle.

i still dont understand how the bloody hell you managed to lose it between work and my place... it's like 5 fookin minutes! Been doing some more 'aggressive acceleration" have we?
I'm fairly sure it wasnt there when ya stopped by anyways. Surely it would be fairly well attached, and the straps as an extra securing measure?
