    I've been naked for all but an hour of the day as I had a chiropractic appointment. It is fiendishly hot and it even came up in conversation with my chiropractor that naked is the best way to be. She approved.

    must say though, imagine coming into the pits with all the boys and taking your helmet off and your pad falling on the ground! or parking nxt to a family whos watching junior and droping your pad in front of mumsy! ooppps.
