    Gncc report

Well was a good weekend went down friday night rented house out at Papmoa with rupe took the wifes along. (pit crew come suport and takin photos) Track was in good cond didnt get the best start niether did rupe (ill let him explaun the second corner). Anyway ended up behind dan going in to the bush and generally havin to eat the mud being thrown up by the five guys in front especially the yamaha I got stuck behind every time I made a move he cut me off (more kinda uncontroled slides). He finally dumped it but I was well behind the group and just had to run with it as best as I could. Track dried up real nice by lap 3 and I got in a total of 6 with a on pit on the second lap. Fair number of locals that came out fo the day which was a bit of a bugger as it makes it a lot harder for those who are trying to do te whole series but all in all was a good race/weekend.
Ended up 15 overall for the whole series
1st for age group for the series
    4th for bike class

    Rupe 63rd overall
    29th for bike class
    4th for age group

    Dammad1
    7th overall
    2nd for bike class
    1st for age group

all in all good effort by everyone
Photos are me at back bad start behind dammad1(ktm right side of photo)
Rupe (now on the KXF250) just before the infamous corner 2
and lap 2 second corner both me and rupe

Ah yeah thats better, yeah I didnt get a good start but I made it up in the first few corners, I think I got past both those guys in front of me in that pic in that corner we were approaching.
I sat right behind a guy on a CRF for the first lap and ate so much roost my googles were totally covered.

I was quite likeing that track but I just ran out of energy on the fourth lap and kept hitting the dirt, feeling quite battered and bruised today, there also was a tree out there that had a magnet in it LOL.

Think that was my last lap after a drink in the pits. Note the seated position which happens when you're to fucked to stand, or care, or use the throttle by the looks of it lol.

Good stuff. Was wondering how this went. Thought with the rain there'd be another big traffic jam.

Had a great time, was epic. I know I could have done alot better if I was fitter.. Really started to tire after the 4th lap >
    Came 17th maddix park overall
    Came 3rd over200CC 2stroke
    Whole GNCC series came 34th

Pretty happy with my results considering Maramarua GNCC and Maddix Park GNCC were the only races I have ever done..

Bring on September for the next series! !

Sounds like barty@co had a blast!
