Lol they make my helmet feel right snug they do !!! I actually have trouble finding one that fits L are usually too tight and XL are too loose grrrr !Yeah, like some dreds huh!!!

yeh, no kidding. when i got my head shaved for hxc's fundraiser, i rode back from napier with a slightly loose lid. i had figured id be cold and had taken a thin beanie with me, thankfully. since ive decided to keep the short hair, ive just taken to wearing a proper winter beanie underneath the lid. fills the space nicely and helps hold headphones in place, lol.lolol that can make a BIG difference

Did you end up buying a new one mate? I knew someone that had a Shoei and used to wash the padding every 2 months without fail. He said it was just like a new helmet and would puff the padding back up. His helmet was about 5 yo but used a bit more than every weekend.Last straw tonight, whisper kit blew out of the helmet, lost forever, helmet shaking like hell, time to buy a new one!!!
Come to think of it, I think I may have to do that. My head doesn't have quite as tighter fit anymore and there's nothing like something tight to put your head into

The guy said they can get padding for them, but when I said mine was 10 yrs old he thought it would be highly unlikely.
So, all solved.
