Could you tell me what it actually cost to take your bike with you, I don't mean transport, but what admin charges did you incure.
Assuming things go according to plan, can you ride your bike straight away once you get it out of the container, or does it take a couple of weeks of paper work anyway?

    Uh oh...
So, I knew the brake filament in the taillight wasn't blown, so I rde along with my foot lightly on the brake pedal. He pulled me up, and said, "Your tail light doesn't work!'
"Doesn't it?" (had a look, feigned surprise, fiddled with the wires, etc.)
"No, but the brake light does. Not a problem this time, but better get it fixed."
    "Yeah, OK, thanks!"
Bloody beautiful. I've had the same experience myself.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I guess the activities and attractions in Auckland aren't quite up to the Wellington standard, AD, but you'll have to cruise up here some day when you don't have any lectures or work and have a quick blat and/or pub lunch with some of us
