Haven't been able to find out much about it but it seems the motor may be a GM 364 LS2 engine putting out around 425 HP

.. that would be Boss Hoss

and a lot of them are painted up with themes. Of the 4-6 of them at the Ashburton Rally, flame job and old WW2 bomber paint jobs come to mind at the moment.

Not so sure dude. I snapped this in Ashburton, it's a 502ci big block. Both machines look to have identical valve cover bolt arrangements. My guess is big block.

I believe this offers a very similar experience:

If you get to ride either, I'm sure it will make an entertaing read. On second thoughts this may be a job better suited to Moroney....

Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes

Google 'seems' to indicate it has a 502.

A fine looking bike indeed and this heavily-modded one is a superb example - I looked it over carefully when it first appeared on TradeMe last year. Regretfully passed it by due to the necessity to pull a clutch... compared to the (potentially less robust) drivetrain of the BH which has a 2-stage semi-auto excellent in traffic. That said, the latest 2008 BH transmission mods appear to have solved many of the trans woes of the past.
