Oh well at least I'll finally get to meet cheese at sandy woodhill and show him how to start up a bike.
i might make the trip up to woodhill, never been there before. or maybe the ride in raglan is still on.

Thunder might be a little slippery on the open clay hills but some like it like that.

Just tell him the sand is wet so there's more traction. It'll be a good day!

A bit of both. In the forest it's sorta loamy sand. In the open parts it's sorta like a dirty gritty beach. It's worth it for the experience. They say if you can master riding sand you can ride anywhere.

    Hey Noobi

You could change your name now...anyway..Yeah, some first time riders get put off the first time out, especially if its summer and dry. But the beautiful thing about off road biking is that where ever you go, there is always a new challenge to overcome. Be it the deepest mud bog or the longest flat out paddock with knarly bumps.

With the rain its great at The Sandpit. Its a learned thing to ride sand and if you can master it then you can ride most terrain with confidence.

Now, if you ride the single tracks(Blue/red) these are no different from riding single clay tracks. Again another skill set to learn. Single tracks are gooood.

Gay indeed. tell the ole fella that I'll be there late arvo tomorrow if he wants to go on some special gay tracks LOL

    No, not like that
