    Going to restricted!

    I have been using my bike to get to contracted work in Hamilton (from Tga), so I applied for a exemption from the 70km speed limit on my learners. Thanks to the LTSA for not allowing that to happen... and just bumping me thru to my restricted!

    Took some work to get the right info to them, but they were really good about it!
