    Inlines that sound like a V-twin.

    yamaha tdm 850 and the other trellis framed road version of the same motor use a offset crank

    with the right pipes they sound almost like a v twin

    You're speaking to someone who has a big air-cooled pushrod v-twin.
    I love the old-style feeling you get the Guzzi.

    That new R-1 does sound awesome, but it'll never sound as good as a bevel Duke or a Guzzi with Termi's.

    Each to their own, it'd be a boring world if we all liked the same machines.
