No-rego fine?

Could vary from council to council?, I just copied what was in the letter that the wife got for her recent no rego fine!

December 2008, Parking warden gave me a $200 ticket for failure to display WOF.

Strange I thought because I can see it on the Windscreen exaactly where it is supposed to be. WOF 2009

I wrote them an abusive letter accompanied by photos and the Inspection document.

They replied the 'Failure to Display WOF" ticket still stood because the WOF did not have the hole punched for the month of expiry. I was given the opportunity to have it rectified by the issuing authority WTNZ

I got a new one (free) and photocopied it.

Sent them a letter.

Here is my hole. If this is not up to your standards of proof , please send a hole inspector over to inspect my hole in situ.
Signed etc...

(I was tempted to add) - I will put some hair around it so they can recognise a hole. ( Talked out of that by a mate).

Rules that are often not actually legal..... funny that... Bylaws that break the law... funny eh...
