    Totally avoidable.
If only there was one of these, eh? http://www.landtransport.govt.nz/roa...fx/pw07-03.gif
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I rode this road last friday on my way up to the Iron Maiden concert and could feel the old back wheel squirming around quite a bit. The road from Otarahaunga thru Ngaruwahia was even dodgier. I went square eyed trying to read the road surface through the pissing rain, and was keeping pretty well within 10 or 20k's of indicated corner speeds. Mind you the VFR is a hell of a lot lighter than a busa, and If he was larging it (as Taranaki Daily News indicated was a possibility) I can easily see how he came amuck.
    Constantly consuming, conquer and devour.
