    Maintenance advice: XR100

Woohoo. Just bought a 1988 XR100 for the kids to learn to ride on. I would like to give it a thorough freshen up and figure that a workshop manual would help. Most of it I think I can get a away with but it would be good to know things like fork oil weight and quantity, tourque settings for suspension linkages and such like. If any one can answer those two questions it would be great, or alternatively lend me a manual if you live close. Also interested in whether people still use chain lube squirted down cables to lube them (after a flush with something else) or is that considered to be hillbilly behavior in the modern day?
