Calling all Dunedin area riders
Hi,
I am looking for a club in dunedin that does casual communal rides from time to time, and maybe the odd social event, a track day or two would be fun, but not a priority.
If such a club doesnt exist, I plan to form one, I have found a couple, but they seem to focussed on track/road racing.
So, assuming there isnt already an existing club, Who would be interested in "joining" a club?
Im thinking a free club, with group rides, on say the 1st and 3rd saturday or Sunday of each month (or whatever suits most people), open to anybody who wants to come along (regardless of age, sex, or bike) for a cruisy, laid back ride, and maybe the odd social event, e.g. drinks in town, or the odd BBQ.
The emphasis would be on FREE, LAID BACK, and MAKING FRIENDS, so If nobody can suggest an existing club (even if membership costs) that fits the above simple criteria, but would be interested in being involved in one, post in this thread, or PM me, and we can start the ball rolling.
