What fine would I get?

If you were to ride a 125cc scooter with a rego that is on hold, and with no wof, what kind of fine would you be looking at?

400. 200 for rego and 200 for wof. at least thats what it used to be.

Although you would have a defense if you were riding it, in a safe condition, solely for the purpose of bringing it into compliance (although if actually caught and ticketed you would have to actually do that to make it believable)...

Yep, pretty sure that this is still current. $200 fine for no reg, $200 fine for no warrant. I have known people to get fined $400 for these 2 offences. You don't even have to be operating the vehicle - parked on the street, the parking wardens can give you a nice $400 bill for no reg, no warrant.
