Free Teknic jacket for deserving rider

Hey all,

I Have a teknic jacket that was going to be thrown out but will be better off going to charity. It is in excellent nick and is only a few months old and barely worn. Has no scratches, scuffs or tears. Has shoulder and elbow armour with a soft/medium back protector. It is black textile with a removable waterproof liner but no thermal liner. Size is a 48 US/UK which for some reason would translate to large as Im not skinny fella and it was a bit baggy on me.

If anyone knows of a person who is in NEED of a jacket *if you have perfectly good jackets no need to stockpile eh*, maybe a new rider etc then drop me a pm. Im pretty busy this week but pickup can be arranged from me at the SMC chiller *see associated forum for address of chiller* this friday.

Well, i happen to be a new rider. Looking to buy myself a jacket, however if your offering a free one and myself not being one to pass up an oppertunity to be stingy with my money....

I have a friend who has just brought himself a scooter and can't afford a jacket for 6 weeks (student allowance).

I have drummed into him the virtues of decent gear - he spent all available funds on scooter and helmet (made him buy a half decent one)

I nominate him. I am happy to pay for any shipping or even a pickup for him.

Well done Drider87 such a nice and generous thing you are doing for some one out there in need of a good jacket and getting it for free. Its always nice knowing that there are people like yourself who are willing to give away something of theres that they no longer need to someone who will hopefully appreciate it and get great enjoyment out of owning it. Well Done.
