    Question Food, exercise and riding

Ever been on a long ride and the day after you are asking yourself why do you feel physicially tired? This happens to some riders, and it could be that certain muscle groups have not been used in a while. So its time to get in shape, loose weight, get the riding stamina up and not be in that lazy mode the day after.

Anyone else interested in taking small steps in getting fit? I've completely changed my eating habbits, and feel alot better for it. Now I just have to add in exercise.

Not into the weight goals, before and after pics etc, this is more like an online discussion of different experiences and problems faced with oneself.

For me, it is not just being ride fit. I need to have stops along the way and even then can only do about 450 ks. I also need to drink plenty of water and eat good food...no pies for this chick when I am riding. I need something that actually has nutritional value.
Following that regime, I don't actually feel tired the next day.
