    Sandpit March 1st pix

Grace and I had an absolute blast today at the Sandpit, tracks were simply superb... Best $40 I've ever spent..

I spent the day cruising around on the KDX with all my camera gear hanging off my neck. 7kg of swinging weight makes for interesting counter steering, that's for sure..

Logan showed Grace all the out of the way, under used tracks, her speed improved heaps through the day, thanks to Logan...

Cool to meet up with so many KB'ers, too many to name....

Any way here's a few of my favorite pix, will post a few more after I've cleaned up...

Fantastic day Tony and Logan, thanks.....

We were out there today also. Mint conditions. We parked up by the motox track as there was no parking in the main area. Saw your car, but you guys must have been out actually riding :P

Yeah, he saw me, gunned it to wheelie through the puddle, but as the rear wheels hit the water, the deceleration brought the front down too fast = instant somersault and drowned quad...... He came up laughing/gasping....

Let us know how he is, is he on KB? Can't remember his name (blenheimers...) but nice guy, we park near him often at Ardmore. Must say he looked sore....

Nah he's not on here(Dean).....at this stage they're keeping him in overnight, was still waiting on Xray results but they suspect broken ribs, possible a small puncture to the lung and possible ruptured spleen....will know for sure tomorrow.....but you're right, he was pretty sore

    Thanks for this clmintie,

Yes, it was a awesome day. Definitely one to remember for different reasons. Well heres a couple.

    6 breakdowns/tows
2 ambulances (we have only had 4 in the last 18 mths, yet we have had three this week)
2 extra needing to go to A & E, plus a couple of plasters.
Funniest thing was that I phoned for an ambulance and get a freaking fire engine coming out. Jeez, I hope they don't send an ambulance when the forest is on fire

    What was today...ground hog day?

    great pics clmintie. talented
