Auckland accommodation close to Remuera, Thursday and Friday this week

Hi, I’m after ideas for reasonably priced accommodation in Auckland close to Remuera for Thursday, and Friday nights this week, Preferably with reasonably secure bike parking.
I have to make an unexpected trip up to get some medical tests completed.
Any ideas would be helpful .

    Cheers

Best of luck with the tests mate, I have no doubt someone will step up to help. We are better than an hour away in traffic or else you would be welcome to stay here.

Thanks for that Mom, unfortunatly the tests I'm having mean I probably shouldn't ride / drive straight after them.

So I'm probably looking for a motel, or hostel type place close to remuera.

There are about 10 motels in or about Gt South Rd at the Newmarket end, near to the majority of medical establishments on Remuera rd. Would need a pretty big event in Auckland to fill all those rooms.
You would be welcome to stay here, though we are about 15min (by motorbike) away from Remuera.

Phoenix Palm motel in Remuera is nice and reasonable, really close to Remuera Rd and easy to find, first left off Greenlane motorwayoff ramp.

Thanks for those replys, unfortunatly I didn't pick them up before I left, and didn't arrive in Auckland until about 7.00pm. It was the usual arrival in Auckland for me, a wet one. Not to bad 4 visits over the last 3 1/2 years and all of them wet. Must be the normal Auckland weather?

Hope all went well with your tests. We didn't go to the pub this week either.
