    Crusty Christchurch

Just got back from the Crusty Demons show in Chch. Anyone else go?
Nott too bad, show lasted a full 3 hours, shame neither Mike Metzger or Nate Adams were their. PLenty of merchandise available, program $15, tee shirt $40 but shit quality, made in China, look like ironed on transfers, and bloody small sizes!
Pretty awesome seeing a snowmobile back flip, as well as a quad racer and a 50cc pit racer.
The announcers certainly earn their keep and keep the crowd on their toes. They have interactive cameras, two big screens project all the action and replays, but the cameras also single out hot babes and encourage a bit of hooter out action, most obliged .
They also had Bubbas Free Shit, where random spot lights will eventually stop on a section of crowd and single out someone for a prize, if it happened to be a female a little other encourgement was offered. Prizes included a PS2, Boost mobile cell phones, tee shirts etc and best of all a little kid maybe 8 years old got taken down into the arena and asked what he wanted, a beer, a PS2, a tee shirt, a crusty babe and then Bubba rode up on one of those cool 50cc pit racer bikes and gave it to him Dad got dragged down as well and had a beer at a little bar on the corner of the arena. Dan Carter was also their as a guest for a while too and interviewed for the crowd.
Overall a pretty good show, but was disappointed that the two main stars werent included. Also Chch had no live bands which the other venues get.

I'm going to have to make do with the video. Would have been great to see it live.
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.

me-><-gav, I only check out the new threads.
Personaly I would rather do than watch(opening for seedy coments),but it would have been good to take some friends to. They need to be futher educated in the ways of two wheels. I have force fed them all the best videos I could download but they still refuse to come over to the dark side.
