Able to tell what month a bike was made in?

Hi. Can i tell from numbers etc what month/week my bike was made? 92 Katana 400

Probably! Not sure re Suzuki serial numbers.

If you have the original brake lines on it there will be a date on them - however this will be the line date so not necessarily when the bike was put together.

Yeah good point, i don't get why people care about exact build dates etc...

because i have a lot of friends/ralitives/like ralitives born in 1992 and i am interested to know what part of the year kerst fell in compared to them.

I had the local shop look at the numbers under the pillion seat, consult a book then tell me what month of what year the bike was manufactured
