Driving up Manas st, I saw the road marking, white paint on road that indicated straight ahead or right turning. I waited for the lights to change and oncomming traffic to pass, then turned right into the one way st...Moskovski. and promptly got pulled over for making an illegal turn?
The rules had changed last week, a new (small) sign had been erected on a post, 3 lanes to the left of me.
Not bothering to argue, I paid the 320 som spot fine (no it does not go into the govenment coffers) and continued. my way....320 som = about $7.50
Sometrimes I love this place.
