I got mine through Kiwibike who got me a cheap deal through Swann as well. Even cheaper than what Swann offered themselves. They were the pick of the bunch for me.

I had a lot of trouble finding someone to insure me as I'm under 25. Most places wouldn't even give me third party. I ended up getting full insurance through Kiwibike - it's a little over $300 a year. But my excess is HUGE - $1250. I unfortunately have a licence and age excess. But next month when I turn 25 and go for my full that'll drop.

    Good luck!

Tried em all on the weekend, was insuring a 2008 250 cc machine, State was the cheapest with full agreed cover, but they did not pay for/arrange transport from breakdown/accident to a place of repair, or to home.
So went with Swann got it for $250.00 odd full cover, average excess, great deal.
Tried Bakers and Kiwibike, both over 4 hundy.

Weird.... Kiwibike sell Swann and it's always been lower than going with Swann direct.

Wish I knew why, but at the time thats what I was quoted, there was no hurry to insure I was just pricing but with the deals being offered I was mildly shocked and disappointed that I didn't go with either of them.Glad to hear you got cover, even with that excess it's worth having for all the other costs that you could incur if you did have an off,Good on you guys for trying and getting results.
