Yes it is cheap, the guys say that is what they traded it for, they have a shit load of bikes to get rid of, lots of trade ins....As for TALL, you would be suprised what I have thrown my leg over in the past mate! Well, maybe you wouldn't...bit tall for your little legs
It is cool, imagine it with Kenda knobs or TKC's on it....
