I've got a pile of 4 DR250 stators that don't run in my bike if you want to try 'em A guy in CHCH is sending me up a complete stator/trigger switch/stator cover from a running bike...

The XLR doesn't qualify for the wall of coolness yet...MX boots don't have a hope of fitting under the gear lever so I'm riding everywhere in first!

OK, done a bit of research, called the various guys, browsed the Web, been scared shitless at the forums....
Which bike do you reckon then? Price, it is obvious, looks it is obvious, but reliability? Hmmm?
Just throwing things out there as I MAY, I say may be looking at an interim until I can afford a bike to match the number plate I have....

Yes it is cheap, the guys say that is what they traded it for, they have a shit load of bikes to get rid of, lots of trade ins....As for TALL, you would be suprised what I have thrown my leg over in the past mate! Well, maybe you wouldn't...
It is cool, imagine it with Kenda knobs or TKC's on it.... AS long as there is no KLAK, KLAK....etc. He did start it up and it purred like a Tigger should.....All this over the phone of course... V Helpful.
Sprag clutch issues are apparent on this? Fukked if I know.... Anyway, used to be a rentasl with Thunderbike in Nelson, needs COF, so that maybe good, plus maintenance would be top notch...?
The guy that had it bought a 1050......sucker...lol No, seriously nice machines......Cary might know a bit more bout the 'Steamers' ?
