I'm concerned about the fact that something from the States might be cool after all. Then again they did introduce mullets to the world. Oh - and line dancing, and we mustn't forget Alucard D.
I'm gonna go on the presumptoin that this was a compliment??

good write up on the Buell.. I wouldn't mind a ride on one myself. They look pretty awesome, and sound a bit of alright too! Just not quite the sports bike that I'm into at the moment. If I could afford a second bike, it'd be right up the list.. May be in a few years when I settle down a bit, who knows..

As for the HOGs... will they ever wave, and would it be a NZ wide thing??

Your lack of sympathy is noted.

No worries, got another one form H-D in Dunners this arvo, got a spare scabby no-chrome head-bolt cover going, first offer takes it.

They do or nod already. There is only a few (like riders of other bikes) who don't.

doh! I missed the thread starting but I did have a question for the HD boys Whitey:

Q: Is it true that the main reason harleys only come out on the weekend is that it takes another 6 days after a ride to retighten all the loosened bolts and get replacement parts for things that have fallen off?

(not ENTIRELY a piss take - based on a true storey!)

    No, that was old Harleys.
Now it takes 6 days to clean and polish them
