I'll be there for the first time in 3 years, with Liz and Roger.Originally Posted by strayjuliet

Sounds like a plan, maybe we can meet either before we start or afterwards.Originally Posted by Madguitarist!
Can someone tell me where Cambridge is? I'm still a newbie to the country and not too sure where everything is. I know Hamilton is south of Auckland, but that's about it.

Are there a couple of KBers that have room on the back of their bikes for a couple of pillions?
Strayjuliet and I would love to go but have no ride. We can chip in for gas and supply our own toys, food etc.
Would hate to miss it again this year and can't afford to hire a bike for the day.

Unless you're deaf, blind and totally oblivious to the fact you've just hit a large group of 'bikes - in which case, you'd be a cager.Originally Posted by Eddieb

Maybe we could meet at the BP around 10am ready to depart for the start only 100 meters down the road at 10.30am gives one half an hour to perv at the bikes.Originally Posted by Madguitarist!

There's a BP at most towns though if one meets at any other than the one in Cambridge I guess they will be doing some other ride. The BP is on the left coming from Hamilton then all of us can get togetherOriginally Posted by Madguitarist!

I am keen to potter along as it was a great turnout last year albeit a very long day. If you North Shore guys keen maybe we could hook up at Holeshot (where Cycletreads used to be) and head down together. Will just have to check how long it will take to get there to sort out a time to meet.Originally Posted by Madguitarist!
