    Cool Where to rent a bike for Restricted License?

    G'day peeps

    Hi, I've been lurking for months now, this my first thread . Anywho, I'm on my L at the moment without a bike, although i've been riding since im 12 for 10 years now. Only 100cc bikes thou, if anyone ever ride a Honda Dream 110 . But i've tried a few other ones, R6, Hyobag and Shadow 400 . Now it's time to upgrade to the Restricted but I haven't got one yet . Now if you have to say u'r a "rider" or "owner", i'm def a "rider", been eager to get my ars on a 250 eva since, and looking to grab a mean green ninja in 2 months time when I have the cash .

    Long story short, does anyone know where I can rent a bike for my Restricted pre-test practice, and the Test itself? And approx how much it will cost?

    I rented mine from Red Barron, 4 years ago now. Can't remember now how much, picked it up the night before.
    Did the job.

    Go see Frank Lawton at Unbelievable Times (www.unbelievabletimes.co.nz) He's in Wellington CBD on Dixon Street. Let him know Aaron has sent you.

    You can give him a call on his 0800 number first (goes to his cell and he picks up 99% of the time) and see what hes got available for you. He's always done good prices for me and is very friendly guy to have a chat with.

    LoL, can't wait to get my bike and tour the island to see my other rider mates. I'll write a review on getting the restricted for people who need to know what to look for.
