If gas theft is a problem then surely the thief would have done a runner after gassing up? Why would a thief enter the station waving a 20 bill around?

Never had a problem with lid on anywhere else.

Anyone got any statistics for the "stations held up by lidded motorcyclists" against "lidded motorcyclists served" ratio?
