Motorcycling is like life - it's about the journey, not the destination.
I'm waiting for the adventure version of that bike. It'll also give time for the bike to sort itself.
Needs a new zorst setup, but otherwise it keeps growing on me!

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

BUELL MILESTONE BIKE ARRIVES IN AUSTRALIA
125,000TH Buell on display at Harley City Melbourne
SYDNEY (March 10, 2009): Harley-Davidson Australia announced today a historic achievement for Buell Motorcycle Company – the arrival of the 125,000th Buell motorcycle in Australia.
The white 1125R culminates 25 years of innovative engineering principle, as designed by Erik Buell, chairman and chief technical officer of Buell Motorcycle Company.
“The production of the 125,000th Buell motorcycle is testament not only to Erik Buell‘s passion and commitment to design and build premium sports performance motorcycles, but also to Harley-Davidson for recognising Buell as a world-class American sportsbike brand,” says Adrian O’Donoughue, Marketing Manager, Harley-Davidson Australia.
“Buell motorcycles are built with rider focused design principals that enhance the on-road experience. This has cemented the Buell Motorcycle Company’s longevity via building a loyal brand following.
“As a specialist sportsbike company and the only manufacturer operating in the United States, producing 125,000 motorcycles is an outstanding achievement,” added O’Donoughue.
It seems fitting that the 125,000th Buell is an 1125R. With its well documented V-Twin Helicon™ the bike is another testament to the lengths of which Buell motorcycles is willing to go to ensure each model performs to maximum potential.
The 125,000th Buell is currently on display at Harley City, Melbourne. David Reidie, principal and owner of the dealership, invites all to Harley City to view the display and celebrate this historic achievement.
Signed by Erik Buell, the bike is truly a collectors item.
Maybe just realised that nobody cares. :-)
