    Tyre width?

Hey bored at work here thinking i might make some channels to hold the front wheel in place on my ute and i dont have a front tire here to measure anyone know roughly what size id need to make it so the front wheel would fit in it

I got some nice 100mm but thinking that might be abit narrow

    Cheers
Even on the old ones if you dont race serious and you wanna just go do the odd club day and smoke everyone on a big old 5hundy it great and if you get beaten you have a handful of excuses

I would go 130-140 cause then if you throw a road bike on it will still fit.

Would be thinking your front tyre would be a 90? With the knobblies on the side of it probably sticks out another 10 so 100 would be tight.

Nearly all men can stand adversity and hard time, but if you want to test a mans true character, give him power....

100mm channel works fine most people run 90 wide or 100 wide front tyres.

Other option is to ring Pinto Trailers, they make an attachement for there trailers to hold bikes. You could "enquire" as to the width...
