Possible inspection service in Palmerston North

I am looking at a possible bike purchase in Palmy. Seems ok on a quick 5 min look and I will be viewing and test riding in more detail next week, but I would be keen to get a more knowledgeable opinion on whether there may be any major bike killing faults. I was thinking of perhaps trying some of the bike stores in the area to see if they would inspect.
Any recommendations?

Was curious as thats the very one I'm keeping an eye on. Waiting for some ird money so I can get serious about putting in an offer.
